Welcome to Mountain Gap Church! You have taken the first pivitol steps to furthering your relationship with Christ and cultivating community! We are so proud of you!  We have put together some information here to answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church! Any other questions? Feel free to ask in person when we see you!

Authentic, Relaxed Atmosphere

It's important to us that you feel welcome when visiting. We hope our atmosphere will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. The music and worship are built around a desire to enter the presence of God. You will be greeted and welcomed as soon as you step onto campus. This is your invite to come 30 minutes prior to service to join us for coffee and treats! This is a sweet time of laughter and fellowship that encourages prayer, laughter and community. 

Family Friendly

No matter your family dynamics,  you are welcome at Mountain Gap Church! We're are excited for you to become a part of our church family! The marvelous thing about accepting Christ is we immediately become a part of a family that is diverse, talented and inclusive. Our intent is to serve your whole family as unto the Lord. During our worship service we have CARE available for infants and children. Your children will learn about Jesus and recieve loving care from our kind leaders during this time.

Sermon

From the pulpit you will hear sound expository preaching. The focus of each sermon is built around the point of the Biblical text being addressed. We do not "add to" nor do we "take away" from scripture.

Biblical Teaching

Here at Mountain Gap Church, we place a high priority on the preaching and teaching of God's Word. The worship service is a time for us to come together as a community to learn, be encouraged and to be challenged by God's Word. Other opportunities exist beyond the Sunday worship service where members have a chance to grow, fellowship, or otherwise be a part of a Church family that lives out their faith together.
